Here are 3 features I love about 1 Shopping Cart’s autoresponder service.
1. Segment customers by products purchased.
You can easily set up an autoresponder group, called a “list,” that is associated with the purchase of a particular product or group of products.
This allows you to set up an email campaign that is sent only to customers who purchase a specific item. You can also send special offers by email to particular customers who may be interested.
So if you have customers who bought Package ABC, you can email an offer to them to upgrade to Package XYZ. This type of marketing helps improve your conversion rates.
2. Easy subscription to multiple lists without confirmation.
You can manually subscribe customers to several different autoresponders without having them confirm each subscription by email.
Here is why this feature is very handy. Let’s say you have two separate autoresponder lists: A and B. You want to send a special offer by email ONLY to customers who are on both List A and List B.
1 Shopping Cart allows you to create a third list, List C, and include only the customers who match your criteria.

There is a wizard that makes it very simple to create web forms to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and some other information as well. It’s as easy as clicking radio buttons to choose what you want in the form.
You can also easily create an opt-in webpage for your newsletter that 1 Shopping Cart will host on their server. You just create an autoresponder list for your newsletter, select a few buttons, and 1 Shopping Cart produces your opt-in page for you.
It allows you to build a list of prospects before you have a website or in addition to any website you do have. No HTML or webmaster skills are required.
